Weighbridge type 7800

The sturdy concrete truck scale that is installed in just one day

Weighbridge type 7800 is a sturdy weighbridge for legal-for-trade load determination of transport vehicles, incoming/outgoing goods-weighing in industrial facilities and shipping companies or convenient material flow management system in disposal and recycling facilities.
 
The weighbridge is pre-assembled from high-quality precast concrete parts and fitted with robust load cells. It only takes a few hours to finish installation and excavating the ground and then the scale is up and running. 
The load cells are protected against lightning.

The 7800 weighbridge has standard weighing capacity of 60 tons, but is also available with weighing capacities of 80 t and 100 t. The division is 20 kg or 10/20 kg. The weighbridge is available in lengths ranging from 8 to 25 m - standard width is 3 m or 3.5 m.

The weighbridge can obtain legal-for-trade verification, complying with EU-directive EN45501 (OIML R 76-1). 

Weighbridge type 6800

Setting higher standards for durability

Series 6800 is a series of robust and reliable weighbridges with a full-concrete construction, which is practically indestructable and requires only minimum maintenance.

The weighbridges have a modular design in lengths ranging from 6 m op til 24 m. The series is divided into two main designs - one type for placement above ground and one type for built-in placement. The weighbridge for built-in placement requires an extraordinary low pit of a mere 370 mms., reducing excavation costs and providing a faster mounting and greater independence of soil conditions.

Both types are available with weighing capatities from 20 t.

Weighbridge type 5800

Weighbridge 5800 - robust, simple and durable

Weighbridge type 5800 is a sturdy weighbrigde with a unique "cast-it-yourself" concrete construction, making it durable, practically maintenance-free and cheap to acquire.

The weighbridge has a weighing capacity of 60 t. and a division of 10/20 kg, making it perfect for large-scale as well as small- scale farming, and other types of business.

The loadcells in the weighbridge are placed in elastomer mounts, making the weighbridge cope with sidewards movements, which would damage weighbridges with  traditional bearing. 

The weighbridge is corrosion- and maintenance-free, as all visible steel varm-galvanized, making it very suitable for use in harsh weather conditions. The weigbridge is type-approved according to current EU-directives.

Weighbridge 5900

Solid and flexible with a strong steel construction

Weighbridge type 5900 is a very strong truck scale with a sturdy steel construction in modular design, which makes it solid, reliable and easy to install.

The weighbridge is available with a weighing capacity up to 100 tons and a division of 10/20/50 kg. It can therefore handle almost any weighing job within the agriculture as well as the industry.
The 5800-weighbridge can obtain verification, in compliance with the latest EU directives.

The loadcells are place in Scanvaegt's unique loadcell suspension with elastomer mounts, which absorbs vibrations and the horizontal forces, occuring from the vehichles entering and leaving the weighbridge. This makes the weighbridge completely self-aligning without guides and balls, reducing maintenance and sources of error.

The loadcells have furthermore a special lightning protection.
