Nationwide Service – also outside Denmark
We can make comprehensive service and support facilities available for you no matter where in the country you are. And we will get there fast as we set out from our local service centres.
We can also offer assistance outside Denmark – our service organisation also covers the rest of Scandinavia, North Germany, and Poland, and our technicians will be pleased to make service visits in other countries as well.
Your call will be answered by our customer centre in Aarhus from where our co-ordinator team manages the whole team of more than 70 technicians.
The individual co-ordinator is responsible for one region only and therefore has detailed local knowledge of both the customers and the geography. This – together with GPS in all technician´s vans – ensures that the technician with the right competences to perform the job will reach you within shortest possible time.
Our co-ordinators are ready to help you from 07.00 - 16.00.
Outside that time you have the possibility – as option – to use our emergency call service.
