The Portio 1A cuts flat fish fillets to a fixed weight portions with high precision, reducing waste to zero and maximizing the yields.

Fillets can be cut at an angle to maintain the natural look of the portioned fish fillets or for a larger plate coverage with a knife angled from 0° to 30° or 45° with respect to the vertical position.

Combinations of fixed thickness and various fixed weights allow portioning with maximum yield for all fish applications.
