The Anritsu M6 metal detector detects foreign bodies such as ferrous, stainless steel and aluminum with unrivaled digital signal processing, which provides stable and high sensitivity.
Powered by simultaneous multi-frequency technology and advanced signal processing, Scanvaegt metal detectors offer outstanding performance, finding all types of metals as small as 0.8mm Fe and 1.0mm stainless steel across the full range of products and packaging.
With 10,000 combinations of frequencies and algorithms the metal detectors provide optimal application-specific signal processing.
A full lineup of metal detector formats and sizes provides solutions for most applications. The series comprise horizontal and vertical versions, as well as large case size and free-fall (gravity fed) systems and the combo systems which integrate metal detectors and checkweighers in nearly the same footprint and with a single HMI.
The Anritsu M6 helps reducing production downtime and optimize operator usage with automatic product setup, “set & forget” running, and intuitive HMIs. The user-friendly touchscreen operation, Product setup wizards and 200 product recipes facilitates easy and fast operations.
The metal detectors are available in protection classes IP66 and IP30.
