All Data in One System

The ScanPlant NG Data Integration module collects production data from other IT systems and hardware devices, combines them, and presents everything in a single system.

The module enables integration with the ERP system, meaning data only needs to be maintained in one place—such as the financial system. This saves time, prevents errors, and ensures data is always current and accurate.

By integrating with the financial system, each system can be used where it performs best: the ERP system manages finance and master data, while ScanPlant NG handles process and quality data.

The module also integrates with production and quality systems—such as checkweighers, metal detectors, flow meters, SCADA systems, quality control systems, and similar. Data exchange with other systems simplifies master data maintenance and ensures updated information is synchronized across all relevant systems.

ScanPlant NG Data Integration can collect data from third-party equipment via serial communication or network telegrams from PLCs or other devices.
