Scanvaegt BN8110 Label dispenser

The Scanvaegt BN8110 is our most versatile dispenser with a built-in printer. It can print across the entire label surface using an in-line PrintEngine, such as those from SATO or CAB.

The BN8110 can be configured for printing on thermal, paper, or plastic labels. Like the BN7110, it features a robust chassis and can be equipped with various label sensors, encoder inputs, and interface options.

The ability to print directly on the entire label adds great flexibility and eliminates the need to stock pre-printed, product-specific labels. A label buffer makes it ideal for placement after a thermoformer, where products are delivered in batches and require rapid labelling.

The BN8110 can be mounted on a stand for top labelling with height and side adjustment, or on a stand for side labelling with height adjustment. The label dispenser can also be fitted with an automatic applicator, a status indicator light, and remote operation via the ST5/ST6 terminal.
