Robust floor scale for all weighing jobs

The Floor Scale Type 3800 can handle most weighing tasks in both dry and wet production areas and is used for checkweighing, dosing, and other automatic weighing operations.

The 3800 floor scale features a strong fully welded stainless-steel construction and specially durable load cells, ensuring optimal accuracy, operational reliability, and a high hygiene standard.

The floor scales can be installed freestanding on the floor, pit-mounted flush with the floor, or integrated into a production line.

Smart features:

Construction is fully welded (no points in which bacteria collect)
All cables are inside the construction to avoid dirt traps and to make cleaning easy
The pit frames and access ramps are made of AISI 304 stainless steel
The base frame and load plate are made of AISI 304 stainless steel
The 4 hermetically sealed (fully welded) stainless steel load cells have an IP 67 protection rating
Fully hosable, enabling efficient, easy cleaning

The pit-mounted version can be supplied with overload protection integrated into the pit frame, which protects the load cells from sudden heavy impacts and shocks, e.g., from forklift collisions. The freestanding floor scales can be fitted with drive-on ramps for easy access.

The 3800 floor scales are available with a solid, fixed deck plate or a split, liftable deck plate. The liftable deck plate is equipped with a gas spring, allowing one person to easily open it – this facilitates cleaning, inspection, and possible repair.

The floor scales are made of stainless steel or galvanized steel and can also be supplied in AISI 316 acid-resistant stainless steel.
