Administration of materials in waste dumps

ScanDeclaration is the module for managing the registration and traceability of materials delivered to landfills.

The system incorporates a website for creating landfill declarations and an approval module for case handlers.

On the website, information about the material is entered into a declaration, which is then sent to the landfill for approval or rejection. After processing, an email or SMS notification is sent to the producer. When the vehicle arrives and is weighed, the transporter is linked to the corresponding declaration.

The operator must perform a visual inspection of the delivered materials both upon arrival and during deposition – this can be done manually or via video. These video recordings are linked to the registration along with weighing and declaration data, making the process more efficient and ensuring full traceability throughout data collection.

ScanDeklaration is a module in the ScanX.Net-package, which is a modular, scaleable it-system for handling and administration of weighings on weighbridges, including waste registrations, reporting to authorities, payment, invoicing, automatical identification, access control and many other jobs.
