The weighbridges have a modular design in lengths ranging from 6 m op til 24 m. The series is divided into two main designs - one type for placement above ground and one type for built-in placement. The weighbridge for built-in placement requires an extraordinary low pit of a mere 320 mms., reducing excavation costs and providing a faster mounting and greater independence of soil conditions.

Both types are available with weighing capatities from 20 t.

Rock-steady solutions 

Scanvaegt's weighbridge type 6800 is the most sturdy weighbridge. It's made by a very strong type of concrete, specified for aggressive environments.
The weighbridge has a modular design and consists of pre-fabricated concrete panels, which - together with pre-fabricated foundations and a unique load cell suspension - makes up a superior and very solid construction.

Pre-cast concrete foundations 

Scanvaegt has designed a unique concept with pre-cast concrete foundations for fast and efficient installation of complete weighbridge solutions.

The weighbridge is supplied with pre-cast foundations for placement above ground or for built-in placement in a pit. The moduls are made in pre-cast concrete and consist of end-foundations, side-beams and middle-foundations.

A weighbridge with dimensions e.g. 12 x 3 m for placement above ground requires only two end-foundations and one middle-foundation. If the weighbridge is to be built-into a pit, it just requires an additional four side-beams, that are mounted on the end- and middle-foundations respectively.
