High performance label applicator

The ALritma label applicator applies labels to the top or side of products being transported on an existing conveyor.

There are three versions: S, M, and L, for label widths of up to 100, 200, and 300 mm respectively. The microprocessor-controlled applicators in the ALritma series use self-adhesive labels and offer high performance, making them suitable for installation in very high-speed packaging lines.

The system features easy side access for quick label roll changes, a roll holder with a 300 mm diameter, and an expanding locking core. The drive unit is designed to take full advantage of the stepper motor’s characteristics and ensures precise label placement at speeds up to 50 m/min. The system is available with a floor stand and handwheel for easy adjustment.

Controls

The label applicator is controlled by a powerful microprocessor with a touch screen display. The most frequently used parameters are displayed via intuitive icons which represent the various functions and provide advanced management, relieving the operator of the need to perform complex mechanical adjustments and noticeably speeding up format changes.
