Automatic Emptying Registration

Automatic emptying registration means that each container emptying is automatically recorded by the waste collection vehicle and reported in real time to the office, including time, location, and any deviations. The system ensures quality-assured collection and enables high accuracy and precision in administration and customer service.

With Evolution, you have an easy overview of customers, containers, vehicles, and drivers. In addition to route planning and route optimization tools, you can monitor collection activities in real time, with a clear overview of all vehicle routes and estimated remaining time on each route. The system also allows for quick reassignment of containers between routes or for sharing a route among multiple vehicles.

The route management in Evolution is dynamic and easy to handle. If the emptying day for a container frequently changes, all affected routes are automatically updated—even if the route has already been planned and dispatched to one or more vehicles. All emptyings, including those off-route, are registered and shared via the server, ensuring that the emptying status is updated on the vehicles responsible for the container’s route. This simplifies planning and collaboration during collection.

Evolution Office

Evolution Office is a web-based client used at the office. The software supports operations managers and other administrative personnel in planning, managing, controlling, reporting, and optimizing waste collection.

Evolution Collector

Evolution Collector is an Android-based software used in the vehicles. It displays the current route and helps drivers easily locate the next container in sequence with navigation support. When an emptying is completed, it is reported to the server, and any deviations are immediately visible at the office. Drivers can also take photos to document specific deviations or incidents.

Evolution Server

Evolution Server is the core of the system. It houses the database containing all information about customers, containers, routes, vehicles, and drivers. Integration with underlying billing systems is also managed here. The server performs calculations for route optimization and time estimation.
