Consent to the processing of personal data

This information is shared with our sales team or other relevant personnel who can fulfill your request. The information is entered into our customer database to provide you with the best possible service in relation to your inquiry. The information is not used for any other purpose.

Legal basis

We process your personal data based on your consent or in connection with the conclusion of a contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Recipients of personal data

In the process of collecting personal data, we only share data with our IT service providers (sub-processors) to store and use your information in accordance with the above section.

Transfers to third countries

We do not directly transfer data to third countries. In certain cases, we may use data processors who employ sub-processors in third countries. In these cases, data is transferred in compliance with Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Storage

We only process your information to the extent that it serves the purpose for which it was collected.

We retain your information until it is deemed no longer relevant in relation to negotiation, contractual obligations, or as required by the Bookkeeping Act.

We use Campaign Monitor for managing newsletters and contact forms. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Campaign Monitor, ensuring their compliance with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.

Automated decisions, including profiling

We do not use your information for automated decisions/profiling.
