New Strategic Partnership

Effective May 1, 2025, Scanvaegt Systems A/S has acquired a majority shareholding in Bent Nygaard Elektronik ApS. This acquisition marks the beginning of a strategic partnership and represents a significant milestone in Scanvaegt System’s growth strategy.

The partnership strengthens Scanvaegt Systems’ position as a leading provider of integrated solutions for both the food and non-food industries across Scandinavia and the DACH region. With a widened product portfolio encompassing hardware, software, preventive maintenance, and service, we are now able to offer even more robust and flexible solutions tailored to both market segments.

For the food industry, this translates into a continued enhancement of our advanced, customized solutions that support stringent requirements for food safety, traceability, and operational reliability - designed to deliver maximum value to our customers.

Within the non-food sector, the partnership enables us to expand our presence and provide even better service. We offer simple, well-tested, and reliable solutions ideal for industrial environments, focusing on high performance, durability, and dependable operation.

In both segments, customers gain access to a stronger and broader range of products. They also benefit from our close collaboration with recognized technology partners such as Accuratech, Arde Makine, Espera, and Anritsu. These partners are integral to our solutions, which feature high functionality, scalability, and uptime - ultimately contributing to customer profitability.

Founded in 1980, Bent Nygaard Elektronik has established a solid market position in the development and manufacturing of weighing and labeling systems, with a particular focus on customized solutions for the non-food and food industries. Products are developed and manufactured in Løsning near Hedensted, in close collaboration with customers.

The strategic alignment of the two companies combines standard and specialized solutions into one powerful product portfolio. This ensures customers access to flexible and future-proof solutions across both Scandinavia and the DACH region.

Operations and Organization
Bent Nygaard Elektronik ApS will continue to operate as an independent company under its current management and at its existing location, while becoming an integrated part of the Scanvaegt Group.
