The Digi HC-700 series is a high-speed system for print & apply labeling on the top and bottom of products.

The system’s PC-based flexibility enables easy integration with existing machines and networks. The HC-700 features a color touch screen for easy, quick programming and PLU selection.

Compact, robust design

The compact single-frame design makes it possible to integrate the HC-700E into packing lines where space is limited. The system’s PC touch screen is housed in a durable stainless steel cabinet, and the stainless steel construction ensures high operational reliability and long service life.

HC-700E Operating System

The HC-700E uses an industrial PC with embedded software on a Windows® operating system. This enables flexible integration of two-way XML communication for back-office server data collection, programming, and line monitoring.

Low-cost industrial printer

The LC label printer comes standard with the HC-700E. It features an 80 mm thermal head with 300 dpi and an air box applicator.

Variants

HC-700TF: Column-mounted touch screen, electric cabinet mounted behind the system, and other types of label printers.

HC-700TB Top and bottom labeling: Integrates a bottom printer in a compact design within the HC-700 series’ tubular frame. The four conveyors on the bottom applicator apply labels smoothly to the underside of the pack.

Dual top labeling: The HC-700 series’ flexible modular design allows the addition of a second label printer, enabling dual top labeling.
