High Flexibility

The HI-700 Evolution can be adapted to fit most packaging lines. The system is available in two versions with infeed and weighing sections measuring either 550 mm or 650 mm in length, allowing it to handle products up to 475 mm long. An additional infeed conveyor can be added to accommodate larger packages and increase spacing between items.

The unique “V”-shaped conveyors enable precise weighing of rounded or irregularly shaped products.

Easy Maintenance

The HI-700 Evolution features a quick-release conveyor system that ensures reliable operation and allows for easy maintenance and replacement.

Its sealed, resistive touch screen and 304L stainless steel tubular frame minimize dirt accumulation, ensuring easy cleaning and high hygiene standards.

Automatic Label Printer Positioning

Label printer positioning can be programmed either via the compact touch screen mounted on the label printer cabinet or through Digi’s World View software. Using the printer’s touch screen, an operator can control up to two top-mounted printers per unit – each adjustable via single-touch positioning or by manually entering coordinates. The printer screens can be password-protected for setup and diagnostics.

In the World View software, the position of each label printer can be pre-programmed during PLU setup – allowing for complete weighing and labeling configuration within each PLU. Positioning can also be adjusted live from the main operator screen after PLU selection to accommodate packaging size variations or last-minute changes.

Signature Label Printer

The HI-700 Evolution comes equipped with Digi’s Signature label printer as standard. The printer supports a large label roll diameter of up to 300 mm and uses 300 dpi near-edge printing technology.

It is available with various touch or airbox applicators and features a self-centering label reel for easy roll changes and accurate label application.

Linerless Labeling

In the field of weigh-price labeling, linerless labels offer an environmentally friendly solution that helps reduce carbon footprint. With up to 40% less waste compared to conventional labels, linerless labeling supports more sustainable food production.

Wide Compatibility

The HI-700 Evolution is compatible with a wide range of other Digi label printers, total printers, conveyors, guides, and rejectors, as well as external devices such as sleevers, scanners, cameras, wrappers, and metal detectors.
