Digi WI-700

Mid-Range Dynamic Labeling System with Wide Conveyor

The Digi WI-700 is designed for dynamic weighing and labeling of wider products at speeds of up to 70 packages per minute. This PC-based machine allows easy integration with existing equipment and networks and comes equipped with a color touch screen and quick-release conveyor systems.

High-Speed Labeling System

The system’s wide conveyor belt, fast application speed, large label roll capacity, and 300 dpi thermal printhead enable weighing and labeling of packages up to 350 mm wide at speeds of up to 70 packages per minute.

WI-700 Control System

The DIGI-700 series utilizes an industrial PC running embedded software on the Windows® operating system. It offers flexible integration of two-way XML communication for back-office server data collection, programming, and line monitoring.

Additional Label Printers

Printers such as the DIGI TP-700 & LP-800, or other industrial printers supporting TCP/IP communication, can be easily connected to the WI-700 for versatile total label printing.

Variants

Top and Bottom Labeling: The WI-700 can be expanded with a bottom label printer, providing flexibility to apply labels both on the top and bottom of packages.
