Solution for Raw Material Dispensing

Fast Processing

The driver weighs the empty truck on the weighbridge and enters the relevant data for the materials to be collected – this may include item number, customer number, delivery, order number, or similar. The system guides the driver through the registration process, after which the truck can proceed to be loaded with raw materials.

For faster processing, the truck’s tare weight can be pre-registered in the system. This means the driver does not need to perform the first weighing – weighing the empty truck – but can simply weigh the fully loaded truck and scan the RFID card.

Once the weighing is completed, all weight data is automatically exported to the customer’s administrative system, enabling invoicing without the need for further manual registration.

Integration with Pfreundt Weighing Systems

The Scanvaegt solution can be used in conjunction with Pfreundt weighing systems for wheel loaders. Through the ScanX.NET Gravel module, there is integration between ScanX.NET and Pfreundt’s WK60 terminal on the wheel loader.

This allows weight data from weighing raw materials using the wheel loader to be transferred and combined with weight data from the weighbridge.
