Solution for Raw Material Dosing
Flow dosing and weighing of raw materials.
This Scanvaegt solution controls the dispensing of a predetermined quantity of raw materials delivered in a continuous flow.
The system manages dosing control, truck weighing, and integration with ERP systems. The solution can be used with various weighing systems, including weighbridges, belt scales, flow scales, and silos with integrated weighing systems.
Dosing on Weighbridge
The weighbridge is located in connection with a storage bin, silo, container, or similar. The driver drives the truck onto the weighbridge, identifies themselves using an RFID card, and then enters the item number and desired quantity on the weighbridge terminal. The dispensing process then begins, and the ordered quantity is delivered into the truck.
The driver confirms the weighing on the terminal, and the registration is saved in the system. The weight data is then transferred to ScanX.NET, from where it can be exported to the administrative system for further invoicing.

- Scanvaegt weighbridge, Schenck belt scale, or silo with weighing system
- ScanX.NET 2.4
- ScanX.NET Dispensing Module
- VT200 or VT180 terminal with RFID card reader
- Touch-free RFID card
