Detachable Traceability Labels
The tracking label features a special design with multiple identical labels on the same “sheet,” which can be torn off one at a time and attached to the corresponding cut-out part.
Scanvaegt Labels, in collaboration with Scanvaegt Systems, has delivered a comprehensive package solution for traceability labeling to a Danish slaughterhouse. The solution includes both labeling equipment with software and labels.
For this project, Scanvaegt Labels has developed and delivered several special labels made of cardboard and tear-resistant plastic, which are used throughout the slaughterhouse’s cutting departments.
The tracking label features a unique detachable design with multiple identical labels on the same “sheet” — they can be torn off one at a time as the animal is being cut and placed with the corresponding cut piece in the E2 boxes. This ensures that the tracking data follows the cut piece.
