Scanvaegt's barrier type BL229 is a reliable system for quick and efficient management of the traffic on the weighbridges. Opening and closing the barrier can be operated from either the weigher house or from a VT100 terminal.

The barriers are flexible and can be mounted in front of the weighbridge and also after, if required - the second barrier will then only open after the vehicle has been weighed

These barriers can be configured to open automatically for traffic in the "opposite direction" for those solutions, where the weighbridge is to be used for weighings in both directions.

The barrier type BL229 has a sturdy mechanical construction, identical to the types used for e.g. large road bridges.
